Organization: About Us

The Community Renewal Project (CRP) is a partnership between California State Legislators and the Capitol Resource Institute a 501(c)3.

Organized in 2000, the Project increased its presence through California diverse communities hosting conferences that brings faith, community, business and elected leaders together to enhance their efforts to strengthen their communities.

As the only legislative collaboration focused on equipping faith and community leaders with the tools to empower themselves, CRS facilitates opportunities for successful community-building and sustaining programs to share their experiences and blueprints.

The mission of the Community Project is to provide faith and community leaders with the tools and resources necessary to enhance and support their community efforts.
